Two teams from Year 6 represented Fairfield at the Rotary Young Technologist competition this afternoon. The STEM challenge, to build a battery powered car and race it, was a tough one that required plenty of problem solving skills as well as excellent communication between team members. Although we didn't win, both teams produced a car that crossed the finish line and everyone enjoyed competing against seven other local schools.Look out for photos of the Fairfield teams in the local paper this week.
