Our unique location on the edge of the Lake District plays an important role in school life. We make full use of the exceptional environment around us through outdoor learning, our well-established Forest School programme and a wide range of educational visits and fieldwork experiences. These opportunities help children develop a love of the outdoors, a deep appreciation of the environment and a strong sense of responsibility towards their community and the wider world.
