Year 5 had a wonderful trip to the Keswick Museum. The children started the day by walking along the old, Victorian Railway line and finding out about the difficulties in constructing it. After lunch, they had a great time exploring the galleries, investigating making clean water, having a go at writing with ink pens and writing on slate boards.
This enrichment activity links to the children's topic of study in History, this half-term.
