Over the last two weeks, Reception have been to visit Cockermouth Castle as part of their castles topic. The children had an excellent time learning all about the castle, exploring the castle ruins, spotting the different features of the castle and sketching the different things that they could see.
They were absolute superstars and they have had a fantastic time!
A huge thank you to Lord and Lady Egremont who very kindly allowed the children to visit their home.
